Inventory lists everything you have on hand. Narrow it down with the search box, the tiles and the filters, then tap Select to move many items at once or lower their eBay prices together.
Search and the count tiles
Type in the search box at the top (Name, number or bin) and the list narrows as you type.
The tiles above the list count what you have on hand: On eBay, On website, Not listed, and on a computer Need a bin. Tap a tile to show just those items, and tap it again to go back.
Filters
Item types sit beside the search on a computer and in a row you can swipe on a phone. Tap one to show only that type, or All types to show everything.
For the rest, tap the filter button next to the search on a phone, or More filters on a computer. You can filter by:
- Status: On hand (the starting view, which leaves out sold items), In stock, Listed, Sold, Kept or Everything.
- Category, and when you've picked an item type, any of its fields that have a list of choices.
- Location: one building, shelf or bin (including everything inside it), or No location.
- Where it's listed: On eBay, On the website, one of the other sites you list on, or Not listed anywhere.
- Consignment: Owned only or Consigned only.
On a phone, the filter button shows how many filters are on. To turn one off, pick its first choice again, such as All locations.
Sort the list with Recently changed, By location, newest reference number (shown with your own prefix, like Newest HM number) or By # number. It's beside More filters on a computer, and inside the filters on a phone.
Your filters are part of the page's web address, so you can bookmark a filtered list, and your browser's back button undoes the last filter.
The list shows 100 items at a time. Tap Show more at the bottom for the next 100.
Select many items
- Tap Select at the top of Inventory.
- Tap each item you want. To pick everything in the list, tap Select all.
- Use the bar that appears (at the bottom on a phone, above the list on a computer) to move them or change their eBay prices.
- Tap Done when you're finished.
You can select up to 200 items at a time. Sold items can't be selected. When there are more than 200 in the list, Select all becomes First 200.
Move them
Tap Move in the bar, pick where they're going, and tap the button with its code, such as Move to B27. In a bin or box, each item goes in the next free slot. When you're looking at items that need a bin, the button says Shelve instead.
Lower their eBay prices
If any of the items you selected are live on eBay, the bar shows Change eBay prices. You can also filter to On eBay and tap Change these eBay prices… to change every live listing in that list.
- Under Lower the price by, type a number and choose percent or dollars.
- Tick Round down to end in .99 if you like prices like $24.99.
- Tick Set the asking price in the app to the new price too to keep your own price the same as eBay's.
- Check the new prices in the list. Untick any you want to leave alone.
- Tap the apply button, such as Apply to 12 eBay listings.
Nothing changes on eBay until you apply. A price can't go below $0.99, and an auction with bids keeps its starting bid. Each change goes in the item's history. If eBay refuses one, it waits under Sell → eBay changes that failed for you to try again. You can change up to 200 listings in one go.
