What Lotmaster does and how the app is laid out
A tour of Lotmaster: Home, Inventory, Add item, Sell and More on a phone, and the sidebar on a computer.

Lotmaster keeps track of your stock: what you have, which bin it's in, where it's listed and what sold. It connects to eBay, runs your own website, and keeps your sales and profit in one place.
On a phone, everything sits under four tabs and a big Add item button. On a computer, the same pages are in a sidebar on the left.
On a phone
The menu floats at the bottom of the screen:
- Home: what needs doing today, and a search bar.
- Inventory: every item, with filters.
- The big blue + in the middle is Add item. It opens a new item.
- Sell: orders to ship, sales to check and eBay listings to bring in. A red dot means something is waiting.
- More: everything else. An amber dot means you have an unread chat message from us.
Item pages and a few other screens have their own buttons at the bottom instead of the menu, with a way back at the top.
On a computer
The sidebar has your shop's name at the top, then the Add item button, then:
Home, Inventory, Sell, Locations, Reports, People, Newsletter, Website and Settings.
Sell shows a red number when things are waiting. At the bottom of the sidebar are Help & chat and What’s new.
People is only shown to the shop's owner. Helpers don't see it.
Home
Home is where you start each day.
- The search bar opens Find, to look up any item by name, number or bin. See Search: find anything by title, reference, eBay number or bin.
- Finish setting up shows while the setup wizard isn't finished, with how many of the nine steps are done. Only the owner sees it.
- Needs your attention lists anything that needs you, worst first, with a count. Tap a row to go where it's fixed.
- To pack today and the month's sales sit under it on a phone. On a computer there are tiles for sales, packing, what's listed on eBay, eBay listings to import, items that need a bin, and Scan a bin.
- Just added shows your newest items.
A brand new shop shows Add your first item and ways to bring in what you already have instead.
The Needs your attention card
Each row has a dot:
- Red means do it now: for example Sold elsewhere, still on eBay, eBay sales to check, Items marked missing or eBay changes that failed.
- Amber means it needs a look: Items without a bin and Consignment sales to pay out.
- Hollow means when you have a minute: eBay listings that ended unsold, eBay listings to import, Items with no photos, Items not on eBay and similar.
Steps you skipped in the setup wizard show here too, as Set up: and the step's name.
On a phone the card shows six rows. Tap See all for the rest. When there's nothing, it says Nothing needs you right now.
Inventory
Every item you have. Tap On hand, In stock, Listed, Sold, Kept or Everything to change what's shown, and use the filters to narrow it down by type, category, bin and more. See Inventory: filters, select mode and bulk actions.
Sell
Sell has three queues: To ship, To review and eBay imports. On a computer you also get Change eBay prices here, and buttons for ended or failed eBay listings when there are any. See The Sell tab: To ship, To review and eBay imports.
More
On a phone, More holds the pages that aren't tabs:
- Locations, your buildings, shelves and bins
- Reports, sales and payouts
- People, buyers and consignors (owner only)
- Newsletter, to email your buyers
- Website, your shop online
- Import, to bring in a spreadsheet
Under those are Settings, Help & chat and What’s new. Tap your shop's name at the top to switch shops if you have more than one.
On Home, the round button with your initials, top right, also opens More.
