The Sell tab: To ship, To review and eBay imports
What's in each Sell queue (To ship, To review, eBay imports), what the Sell badge counts, and where the old Sold and eBay pages went.

Sell is where every sale and eBay listing that needs something from you waits. It has three queues: To ship for orders to pull and send, To review for sales to check, and eBay imports for eBay listings that aren't in Lotmaster yet.
Find your way around Sell
On a phone, tap the Sell tab at the bottom. Three tiles at the top show how much is waiting in each queue. Tap a tile to open that queue. Sell opens on To ship.
On a computer, click Sell in the sidebar. The three queues sit side by side as columns. To review and eBay imports show their first few, with See all for the rest.
Above the queues, Sell shows how much you've sold in the last seven days.
To ship
Sales you still need to send or hand over:
- Pull from the shelf: sales to pull, each with its bin, so you can walk the shelves. Tick each one as you pull it, then tap the button at the bottom to mark them packed.
- Packed sales, waiting to go out, each with Shipped, or Picked up for local pickup. Website orders show the buyer's address or who's collecting.
- Recently shipped: the last ones that went out.
eBay sales and website orders land here on their own. Sales you record yourself land here when you pick I’ll ship it. See Pull, pack and ship orders.
To review
Sales that need you to decide something:
- items that sold somewhere else but are still live on eBay, marked Do this first,
- website orders to refund, disputed or refunded,
- eBay sales Lotmaster couldn't match to an item, sales of something already sold, and cancelled eBay orders.
When it's empty it says "Nothing to check. Every sale matched up." See To review: eBay sales and website orders to check.
eBay imports
Active listings on your eBay account that aren't in Lotmaster yet. Import them, link them to items you already have, or ignore them. See Import your eBay listings.
eBay listing tools
Three more eBay pages live under Sell:
- Ended unsold: eBay listings that ended without a buyer, to relist.
- eBay changes that failed: changes to live eBay listings that eBay refused.
- Change eBay prices: lower the price of many listings at once.
On a computer they're buttons beside the Sell heading (the first two only appear when there's something in them). On a phone they're at the bottom of eBay imports.
The Sell badge
The badge on Sell counts everything waiting in the three queues: the same numbers as the three tiles, added up. On a phone it's a red dot on the Sell tab. On a computer it's the number beside Sell in the sidebar.
Ended listings and eBay changes that failed aren't in the badge. Their counts are on their own buttons.
Where the old pages went
If you used Lotmaster before, these pages moved:
Old links and bookmarks take you to the new place.
