Go to app.lotmaster.app/signup, fill in your shop's name, its web address, your email and a password, then tap Create my shop. Confirm your email from the link we send, and your shop is made.
The free trial is 14 days, needs no card and includes Pro features.
- Go to
app.lotmaster.app/signup. From the sign-in page, tap Start your shop (on a computer, New here? Start your shop). - Type your Shop name.
- Check the Web address. It fills in from your shop's name, ending in
.lotmaster.app. Change it if you like. - Type your Email.
- Choose a password in Password, 10 characters or more.
- Tap Create my shop.
By creating a shop you agree to the Terms and the Acceptable use policy. Links to both, and to the Privacy policy, sit above the button.
Confirm your email
You'll see Check your email, with the address we sent the link to.
- Open the email. It comes from an address at
mail.lotmaster.app. - Open the link on the same device you signed up on.
- Your email is confirmed, your shop is made, and the setup wizard opens.
Your shop isn't made until you use that link, so nothing is set up for an address nobody confirms.
If the email doesn't come
- Look in spam or promotions.
- On the Check your email screen, tap Send it again. If you tapped it a moment ago, wait a minute and try again.
- Check the address shown is right. If it isn't, go Back to sign in and start again.
Your free web address
Your website lives at yourshop.lotmaster.app, using the web address you chose. It shows "coming soon" until you publish it. You can connect your own domain later.
The web address:
- uses lowercase letters, numbers and single dashes, like
harbor-militaria - is up to 40 characters
- can't be one of a few names we keep for ourselves, like
www,helporebay
If the one you want is taken, the form says so and suggests one that's free, already filled in for you.
If someone else takes your web address between signing up and confirming, your shop gets the closest free one instead.
Your name
Lotmaster starts your name as the part of your email before the @. You can change it in the first step of the setup wizard, or later in Settings → Account and appearance.
If something goes wrong
- "Too many signups from here in the last hour." Wait, then try again.
- "We couldn’t check you’re not a bot." Tap Create my shop again.
- "That link has expired or was already used." The confirmation link only works once. If you already used it, sign in with your email and password.
- "Confirm your email first: open the link we sent you." You tried to sign in before confirming. Open the email and use the link.
- "Your email is confirmed, but we couldn’t set up your shop." Sign in, and Lotmaster tries to make your shop again.
What happens next
The setup wizard walks you through nine short steps, from your shop's details to publishing your website. You can skip any of them and come back later. See The setup wizard, step by step.
