Change your plan
Move up or down between Starter, Pro and Business, or switch to yearly, and what happens to items and helpers over a lower plan's limits.

Change plan in Settings → Plan and billing, under Change plan. The new plan's limits apply straight away, and the difference for the rest of the period you've paid for is charged or credited at once.
Only the shop's owner can do this. Helpers don't see Plan and billing, and are never charged.
Change plan
- Open Settings → Plan and billing. On a phone, Settings is on the More tab. On a computer, it's in the sidebar.
- Under Change plan, pick Monthly or Yearly: 2 months free.
- Tap Switch to Starter, Switch to Pro or Switch to Business. The plan you're on says Current plan.
You'll see "Plan changed. The difference for the rest of this period is charged or credited now."
To go from monthly to yearly on the same plan, pick Yearly: 2 months free and tap Switch to for your plan.
Still in your free trial and haven't chosen a plan? Use Choose a plan on the same page instead. See Plans and what each includes.
Moving up
You pay the difference for the rest of this period now, and the new limits and features are on straight away.
Moving down
You get the difference back as a credit, and the lower plan's limits apply straight away. Nothing is deleted:
- Items over the new limit stay, and you can still edit and sell them. New items wait until you're under the limit. Sold and kept items never count.
- Helpers over the new limit stay in the shop. You can't invite more until there's room.
- Storage sites over the limit stay. You can't add another building.
- Photos you already have stay. If you're over the new photo storage, new photos stop until there's room.
Moving to Starter also turns off the Pro features:
- Photo fill is off.
- Website checkout: your website loses its Buy now button.
- Newsletter: your subscribers stay on the list, but you can't send.
- Consignment: items already consigned keep their consignor, but you can't mark new ones.
To see where your shop stands against each limit, open Settings → Usage and your data.
When you hit a limit
Lotmaster tells you before you start, for example when you tap Add item with no room left. The message says what the limit is and which plan has more. The owner gets a See plans button. Helpers are asked to talk to the owner.
Everything already in your shop stays when you hit a limit.
Your card and invoices
To change the card you pay with, or to see your invoices, tap Card and invoices in Settings → Plan and billing. It opens Stripe's billing page.
