Plans and what each includes
Starter, Pro and Business prices, limits and features, yearly pricing, and how the 14 day free trial works with no card.

Lotmaster has three plans: Starter at $39 a month, Pro at $79 a month and Business at $149 a month. Every new shop starts with a 14 day free trial that needs no card and includes Pro features.
Prices are in US dollars.
What each plan includes
Every plan includes inventory, storage locations, eBay sync, and a website with your own domain. Business also includes priority support.
Limits are per shop.
- Active items are items in stock or listed. Sold and kept items don't count, so you can keep your whole sales history on any plan.
- Storage sites are top-level buildings. Rooms, shelves and bins inside a building don't count, and neither do mobile locations such as a show van.
- Photo fills reset each calendar month.
To see how much your shop uses of each limit, open Settings → Usage and your data.
Monthly or yearly
When you choose a plan you can pick Monthly or Yearly: 2 months free. A year costs ten months' price.
More than one shop
One owner pays for all their shops on one plan. Each shop after the first costs less:
Helpers are free. To open another shop, ask support to switch it on for you. The address is in Settings → Plan and billing, under Your shops.
The free trial
- It lasts 14 days and starts with your first shop.
- No card is needed, so nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.
- Until you choose a plan, your shop gets Pro's limits and features.
- Three days before it ends, we email you, and a reminder shows at the top of the app.
If you choose a plan during the trial, that plan's limits apply from then on. You keep the rest of your trial, and the first payment is taken when it ends. With two days or less left, billing starts straight away.
If the trial ends and you haven't chosen a plan, your shop is paused. Everything you've added is kept, and choosing a plan opens it again. See Payment failed, or my shop is paused.
Choose a plan
Only the shop's owner can do this. Helpers don't see Plan and billing.
- Open Settings → Plan and billing. On a phone, Settings is on the More tab. On a computer, it's in the sidebar.
- Under Choose a plan, pick Monthly or Yearly: 2 months free.
- Tap Choose Starter, Choose Pro or Choose Business.
- Enter your card on Stripe's payment page.
You come back to Lotmaster when it's done. It can take a moment for the new plan to show.
Refer a shop and get a free month
In Settings → Plan and billing, under Refer a shop, there's a link to send to another seller. When they sign up with it and make their first payment, you get a free month: a month of your plan off your next bill. The card shows how many have signed up and how many free months you've earned.
