Pull, pack and ship orders

Use the pull list in Sell → To ship to find each sold item's bin, mark orders packed, then shipped or picked up.

Every sale that still has to go out waits in Sell → To ship. Pull each one from the bin shown, mark them Packed, then tap Shipped (or Picked up) when they've gone.

On a phone, tap the Sell tab; it opens on To ship. On a computer, click Sell in the sidebar; To ship is the first column.

What lands here

  • eBay sales, as they come in.
  • Website orders paid by card, with the buyer's address or a note that they're collecting in person.
  • Sales you recorded yourself with I’ll ship it. Sales recorded as Handed over skip this list.

A sale of several copies is one row, and they're pulled, packed and shipped together.

Pull from the shelf

The first card is Pull from the shelf. Each row starts with the bin the item is in, then its title (with × and the number of copies if there's more than one), where it sold, and either where it's going ("Ship to" a city) or the date it sold. A row with No bin means the item has no location recorded.

  1. Walk to each bin and take the item.
  2. Tap the round tick beside each row as it comes off the shelf. The count at the top shows how many you've pulled.
  3. When you've packed them, tap the button at the bottom of the card. It says Packed and how many you ticked.

Ticking only marks rows on your screen while you walk. Nothing is saved until you tap the button. If you tick nothing, the button says Pulled and packed all and the number, and marks every row packed.

Shipped or picked up

Packed sales move below the pull list, each on its own card that says Packed · ready to ship, or Packed · ready to collect for local pickup.

  • Website orders show the shipping method and what the buyer paid for it (or Free shipping), and the full address from checkout. For pickup it says Collecting in person with the buyer's name.
  • When it's gone, tap Shipped. For a pickup order the button is Picked up.

Marking a sale shipped only records it in Lotmaster. It doesn't send tracking to the buyer or to eBay.

Shipped sales move to Recently shipped at the bottom of the page. When nothing is waiting you'll see "Nothing to ship. Every sale has gone out."

From the item page

You can do the same from an item. A sale waiting to go shows a box at the top, such as Sold, ready to pull with the bin to get it from. Tap Mark pulled and packed, then later Mark shipped.

Warnings on the pull list

  • Still live on eBay. End it › means the item sold somewhere else but its eBay listing is still up. Tap it to open the item and end the listing, before someone buys it there.
  • Take down: and a list of sites means the item is still listed on other sites you marked. Remove those listings on each site.

The number on the Sell tab

The badge on Sell counts sales still to pull, plus packed sales waiting to go out, together with what's waiting in To review and eBay imports.
