Cancel your plan

Cancel in one click in Settings, when your shops close, how to take it back, and what happens to your data.

Tap Cancel plan in Settings → Plan and billing. That's it: there's no form and no confirmation step. Your shops stay open until the end of the period you've already paid for, and nothing more is charged.

Only the shop's owner can do this. Helpers don't see Plan and billing, and are never charged.

Cancel

  1. Open Settings → Plan and billing. On a phone, Settings is on the More tab. On a computer, it's in the sidebar.
  2. Tap Cancel plan.

You'll see "Cancelled. Your shops stay open until" and the date, "and nothing more will be charged." We also email you to confirm, with the date your access ends.

Your plan covers every shop you own, so cancelling covers all of them.

Until your plan stops

Everything works as normal until the date shown under Stops on. Changed your mind? Tap Keep my plan before then, and your plan carries on as before.

Cancelling during your free trial

  • If you haven't chosen a plan, there's nothing to cancel and no card on file. When the trial ends, your shop is paused and nothing is charged.
  • If you chose a plan during the trial, Cancel plan ends it straight away. Nothing is charged, ever. Your shops are paused at once, even if trial days were left.

After your plan stops

  • Your shops are paused. Your website shows a page saying your shop "is taking a break", in place of your items, and can't take payments.
  • Nothing more is charged.
  • Everything you've added is kept.
  • To open your shops again, choose a plan in Settings → Plan and billing at any time.

Your past invoices stay under Card and invoices on the same page.

Cancelling isn't deleting

Cancelling keeps your shop and everything in it. If you want your data, download it first from Settings → Usage and your data. Deleting a shop is a separate step on that page.
